ORDER TIMELINE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MADE TO ORDER DRESSES

To allow sufficient time for your dress to be made and for delivery, we recommend that you order or book your dress 4-5 months prior to your event.  This will give us ample time to work on your dress and ensure that it fits perfectly for that special day. We do offer a rush order service on some of our dresses please contact us if you require this service.

Customs fees

We would like to inform you that if you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are not included in our postage costs, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay them.
